On April 7, 2026, the presiding ALJ issued an Initial Determination on Violation of Section 337 and a Recommended Determination on remedy and bonding in a second investigation concerning certain glass substrates for liquid crystal displays, related products, and manufacturing methods. The USITC is now soliciting public interest submissions from the public and government agencies regarding the recommended relief should the Commission affirm the violation finding. This phase precedes a final Commission determination on whether to issue exclusion and/or cease-and-desist orders.
