The U.S. International Trade Commission has instituted preliminary phase antidumping duty investigations (Nos. 731-TA-1782-1785) on imports of polytetramethylene ether glycol (PTMEG) from China, South Korea, Taiwan, and Vietnam, covering HTS subheadings 3907.29.00 and 2932.11.00. The ITC must reach a preliminary injury determination by May 26, 2026, with findings transmitted to Commerce by June 2, 2026. The investigations will assess whether U.S. industries are materially injured or threatened by allegedly below-fair-value imports.
