The U.S. International Trade Commission determined not to review two initial determinations by the presiding ALJ terminating the remaining respondents , Molex, LLC (Lisle, IL) and TE Connectivity Corporation (Berwyn, PA) , from Investigation No. 337-TA-1446 based on settlement.
