USITC Submits Section 201 Safeguard Report on Quartz Surface Products to President

The USITC transmitted its injury report to the President on May 18, 2026, completing investigation TA-201-79 on quartz surface products under Section 202(f)(1) of the Trade Act of 1974. The probe was initiated following a petition deemed properly filed on November 17, 2025.
