The USITC has partially reviewed and affirmed with modification an ALJ order allowing complainant to add patent infringement claims (U.S. Patent No. 10,917,272) against ASUSTeK, ASUS Computer International, TP-Link Systems, and Ubiquiti in Investigation 337-TA-1489. The amendment expands the scope of the Section 337 proceeding covering certain laptops, routers, gateways, and components thereof.
