USITC Schedules Final Phase AD/CVD Probe on Van-Type Trailers from CA, CN, MX
The USITC has scheduled final-phase injury investigations (Nos. 701-TA-781/782 and 731-TA-1767-1769) on van-type trailers and subassemblies from Canada, China, and Mexico under HTS 8716.39.00 and 8716.90.50. Commerce has preliminarily determined that imports from China and Mexico benefit from government subsidies.
