USITC Launches Full Five-Year Sunset Reviews on Phosphate Fertilizer CVD Orders vs. Morocco & Russia
The USITC will conduct full sunset reviews (Inv. 701-TA-650/651) to assess whether revoking countervailing duty orders on phosphate fertilizers from Morocco and Russia would likely cause continuation or recurrence of material injury. A review schedule will be issued separately.
