The USITC has submitted a three-year renewal request to OMB for generic clearance (Control No. 3117-0016) authorizing questionnaires used in AD/CVD, safeguards, and other import-relief investigations. The clearance underpins data collection across all Commission proceedings required under the Tariff Act of 1930 and Trade Act of 1974.
