USITC Expands Section 337 Inv. 337-TA-1491, 16 New Respondents Added for Vehicle Parts

The USITC declined to review the ALJ's order adding 16 entities, primarily Chinese and Taiwanese manufacturers, as respondents in Section 337 Investigation 337-TA-1491 covering certain vehicle parts. The amended complaint extends design patent infringement allegations (D792,816, D826,803, D856,874) to additional respondents including existing parties in China, Taiwan, and the United States.
