USITC Inv. 332-608, USMCA Automotive Rules of Origin 2027 Report, OMB Questionnaire Review

The USITC is submitting a questionnaire and information collection plan to OMB for review in connection with Investigation No. 332-608, a statutory study on the economic impact and operation of USMCA automotive rules of origin. The 2027 report will assess how the rules of origin have affected automotive production, trade flows, and supply chains across USMCA parties.
