USITC Issues LEO & CDO Against MyW Technology (China) for Electronic Eyewear - Inv. 337-TA-1455

The USITC has issued a limited exclusion order barring imports of certain electronic eyewear products, components, and related charging apparatuses by MyW Technology Co., Ltd. of Shenzhen, China, along with a cease and desist order against the defaulting respondent. Investigation No. 337-TA-1455 is now terminated.
