USITC 337-TA-1502, Monster Energy Complaint Amended to Correct Respondent Address

The USITC declined to review an initial determination granting Monster Energy Company leave to amend its Section 337 complaint to correct the address of respondent Creative Trading Corporation. The procedural amendment does not alter the substantive scope of Investigation No. 337-TA-1502 covering certain energy drinks and their labeling and packaging.
