USITC Receives Section 337 Complaint on Certain Mobile Electronic Devices (DN 3922)

The USITC has received a complaint (DN 3922) alleging unfair trade practices related to certain mobile electronic devices and is soliciting public interest comments. A Section 337 investigation may result in exclusion orders barring importation of infringing products.
