USITC Inv. 337-TA-1442, Public Interest Comments Sought on Glow Fish Tape & Safety Helmet Systems

The USITC is soliciting public interest submissions following a June 5, 2026 Initial Determination of violation in Investigation No. 337-TA-1442 covering certain glow fish tape systems, safety helmet systems, and components. Comments will inform the Commission's decision on remedy and bond if a Section 337 violation is confirmed.
