USITC Court-Ordered Remand, AD/CVD Investigations on Brass Rod from Israel
The USITC is conducting remand proceedings on its final determinations in antidumping (731-TA-1614) and countervailing duty (701-TA-687) investigations of brass rod from Israel, following a court order. The Commission has published procedures governing the remand process under 19 CFR parts 201 and 207.
