USITC Institutes Section 337 Investigation on DRAM Devices (Inv. No. 337-TA-1511)

Netlist, Inc. filed a Section 337 complaint on June 16, 2026, alleging patent infringement (U.S. Patent Nos. 12,646,537 and 12,650,937) by imported DRAM devices, products, and components. The USITC has instituted Investigation No. 337-TA-1511 and Netlist seeks a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders.
