USITC Initiates Fifth Sunset Reviews, AD Orders on Preserved Mushrooms from CL, CN, IN, ID
The USITC has initiated fifth five-year sunset reviews (Inv. Nos. 731-TA-776-779) to determine whether revoking antidumping duty orders on preserved mushrooms from Chile, China, India, and Indonesia would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping and material injury. These reviews cover orders originally imposed in the late 1990s and maintained through four prior review cycles.
