Serendia, LLC filed a Section 337 complaint alleging imported dermatological treatment devices infringe four U.S. patents (Nos. 9,320,536, 9,775,774, 10,869,812, 12,220,549). The USITC has instituted Investigation No. 337-TA-1515 and complainant seeks a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders.
