USITC Section 337 Inv. 337-TA-1514, Adjustable Child Carriers, Ergo Baby Carrier Patent Claims

The Ergo Baby Carrier, Inc. filed a Section 337 complaint alleging importation of adjustable child carriers infringes U.S. Patent Nos. 10,426,275 and 12,016,470. The USITC has instituted Investigation No. 337-TA-1514, complainant seeks a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders.
