USITC Institutes Third Sunset Review of AD/CVD Orders on Seamless Steel Pipe from China

The USITC has instituted five-year reviews (Inv. Nos. 701-TA-469 and 731-TA-1168, Third Review) to determine whether revoking AD and CVD orders on certain seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line, and pressure pipe from China would likely cause continuation or recurrence of material injury. Interested parties must submit responses per the Commission's specified requirements.
