USITC Terminates Section 337 Investigation 337-TA-1456 on Mobile Cellular Devices

The USITC declined to review five ALJ initial determinations terminating all remaining respondents from Investigation No. 337-TA-1456 based on a consent order and settlement agreements. The investigation into certain mobile cellular communications devices is now fully closed.
