USITC Schedules Final Phase AD/CVD Injury Investigations, Fresh Mushrooms from Canada
The USITC has scheduled final-phase injury investigations (Nos. 701-TA-778 and 731-TA-1764) on fresh mushrooms from Canada following Commerce's preliminary determination of subsidization and less-than-fair-value sales. The Commission will determine whether U.S. industry is materially injured or threatened by imports classified under HTS 0709.51.01.
