USITC Rescinds Section 337 Limited Exclusion Order on Portable Battery Jump Starters (337-TA-1256)

The USITC has instituted and concluded a rescission proceeding under Investigation No. 337-TA-1256, revoking the Limited Exclusion Order previously issued for certain portable battery jump starters and components thereof. The rescission proceeding is now terminated, effectively lifting the import exclusion remedy.
