USITC Modifies Section 337 Limited Exclusion Order for Portable Power Stations (Inv. 337-TA-563)

The USITC has modified the limited exclusion order in Investigation No. 337-TA-563 covering certain portable power stations and their packaging, then immediately terminated the modification proceeding. Importers of affected portable power stations should review the revised LEO scope to assess compliance obligations.
