USITC Rescinds Section 337 Limited Exclusion Order, Computer Cables, Chargers & Adapters (337-TA-975)

The USITC has rescinded the Limited Exclusion Order issued in Investigation No. 337-TA-975 covering certain computer cables, chargers, adapters, peripheral devices, and their packaging. The rescission proceeding has been simultaneously instituted and terminated, effectively lifting the import ban.
