USITC Launches Full Sunset Reviews of AD/CVD Orders on SSLP Pipe from CZ, RU, KR, UA
The USITC will conduct full five-year reviews of countervailing duty orders on seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line, and pressure pipe from Russia and South Korea, and antidumping duty orders covering Czechia, Russia, South Korea, and Ukraine. The reviews will assess whether revocation of these orders would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury, a hearing schedule will be set later.
