The USITC has scheduled final-phase injury investigations (Nos. 701-TA-789 and 731-TA-1777) on truck bed covers from China under HTS 8708.29.51, following Commerce's preliminary CVD determination. Commerce's LTFV (antidumping) preliminary determination remains pending.
