USITC Launches AD/CVD Investigations on Perfluoroalkoxy Alkane from India
The USITC has instituted preliminary antidumping (731-TA-1804) and countervailing duty (701-TA-805) investigations on perfluoroalkoxy alkane (PFA) from India, covering HTS subheading 3904.69.50, alleging below-fair-value sales and Indian government subsidies. The Commission must reach a preliminary injury determination by September 21, 2026.
