USITC Terminates Section 337 Inv. 337-TA-1457, No Violation Found for Synthetic Braiding Hair

The USITC has affirmed in part and taken no position in part on an ALJ's final initial determination finding no violation of Section 337 in the importation of certain pre-stretched synthetic braiding hair and its packaging. The investigation (337-TA-1457) is now terminated with no exclusion order issued.
