USITC Issues LEO & CDO on LCD Glass Substrates, Section 337 Violation Found (337-TA-1441)

The USITC found a Section 337 violation in Investigation No. 337-TA-1441 and issued a Limited Exclusion Order barring unlicensed imports of infringing LCD glass substrates manufactured by or for the named respondents. A Cease and Desist Order was also issued against TTE Technology, Inc. (d/b/a TCL North America), terminating the investigation.
