USITC Schedules Expedited Sunset Reviews of AD/CVD Orders on PC Steel Wire Strand from China
The USITC is conducting expedited five-year reviews of AD and CVD orders on prestressed concrete steel wire strand from China (Inv. Nos. 701-TA-464 and 731-TA-1160, Third Review) to assess whether revocation would likely cause continuation or recurrence of material injury. These sunset reviews determine whether existing trade remedy orders remain in force.
