USITC Schedules Expedited Sunset Review, AD/CVD on Boltless Steel Shelving from China
The USITC has scheduled expedited five-year reviews (Inv. Nos. 701-TA-523 and 731-TA-1259) to determine whether revoking AD/CVD orders on boltless steel shelving units prepackaged for sale from China would likely cause continuation or recurrence of material injury. These are second sunset reviews under the Tariff Act of 1930.
