USITC Preliminary AD/CVD Determinations, Choline Salts from China (Inv. 701-TA-798 & 731-TA-1794)

The USITC issued preliminary affirmative determinations in countervailing duty (Inv. 701-TA-798) and antidumping duty (Inv. 731-TA-1794) investigations covering choline salts from China. Affirmative preliminary findings allow the investigations to proceed to the Commerce Department for duty calculations.
