AD/CVD Orders on Carbazole Violet Pigment 23 from China & India Revoked, Sunset Reviews Terminated
Commerce revoked the CVD order on carbazole violet pigment 23 from India and AD orders from China and India effective August 7, 2026, after no domestic party filed a timely notice of intent to participate in the fourth sunset reviews. The USITC has consequently terminated investigation Nos. 701-TA-437 and 731-TA-1060-1061.
