USITC Sec. 337 Inv. 337-TA-1439, PVDF Resins, Public Interest Comments Sought on Remedy

The USITC ALJ issued an Initial Determination finding a Section 337 violation and a Recommended Determination on remedy in Investigation No. 337-TA-1439 covering polyvinylidene fluoride resins. The Commission is now soliciting public interest submissions from the public and government agencies before issuing its final determination.
