USITC Terminates Section 337 Inv. 337-TA-1481 (Video-Capable Electronics) via Arbitration Agreement

The USITC declined to review an ALJ initial determination granting a joint motion to terminate Investigation No. 337-TA-1481 in its entirety based on an arbitration agreement between the parties. The investigation into certain video-capable electronic devices is now fully closed.
