USITC 337-TA-1454 Public Interest Deadline Extended, Wi-Fi Routers and Mesh Network Devices

On August 19, 2026, the presiding ALJ issued a Recommended Determination on public interest in USITC Investigation 337-TA-1454 (Certain Wi-Fi Routers, Wi-Fi Devices, Mesh Wi-Fi Network Devices and Components Thereof). The Commission is extending the deadline for public interest submissions from parties and interested government agencies, following an earlier notice dated August 11, 2026.
