USITC Section 337 Termination (337-TA-1462), Certain Liquid Crystal Display Devices

The U.S. International Trade Commission has declined to review ALJ Order No. 30, an initial determination terminating Investigation 337-TA-1462 concerning Certain Liquid Crystal Display Devices, Components Thereof, and Products Containing the Same, following withdrawal of the complaint. The investigation is now fully terminated.
