USITC Schedules Expedited Sunset Reviews, Steel Nails AD/CVD Orders, MY, OM, KR, TW, VN
The USITC has scheduled expedited five-year sunset reviews to determine whether revoking AD orders on steel nails from Malaysia, Oman, South Korea, Taiwan, and Vietnam, and a CVD order on Vietnam, would likely cause continuation or recurrence of material injury. These are second reviews under Investigation Nos. 701-TA-521 and 731-TA-1252-1255.
