USITC Section 337 Institution (337-TA-1520), Certain Mobile Devices for Exchanging Electronic Content

The U.S. International Trade Commission instituted Investigation No. 337-TA-1520 on September 1, 2026, based on a complaint filed by GG Technologies, Inc. d/b/a StayTouch alleging that imports of certain mobile devices with hardware and software for exchanging electronic content infringe U.S. Patent No. 12,022,369. The Commission will consider whether to issue a limited exclusion order and cease and desist order.
