USITC §337 Enforcement Lifted, Photodynamic Therapy Systems (337-TA-1411) - U.S. Patent No. 11,697,028

The U.S. International Trade Commission has granted a request by Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, Inc. to lift the partial suspension of enforcement of the limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders as to U.S. Patent No. 11,697,028 in Investigation 337-TA-1411, covering certain photodynamic therapy systems, components thereof, and pharmaceutical products used in combination with such systems.
