USITC §337 Termination by Settlement (337-TA-1443), Certain Foreign-Fabricated Semiconductor Devices

The U.S. International Trade Commission has determined not to review ALJ Order No. 77, which granted a joint motion to terminate Investigation 337-TA-1443 in its entirety based on a settlement agreement. The order also limits service of the settlement agreement. The investigation concerned certain foreign-fabricated semiconductor devices, products containing the same, and components thereof.
