USITC Schedules Final Phase AD Investigation, Fresh Winter Strawberries from Mexico
The USITC has scheduled the final phase of antidumping investigation No. 731-TA-1770 to determine material injury from Mexican fresh winter strawberry imports under HTS 0810.10.40. Commerce has preliminarily found these imports sold at less-than-fair-value.
