USITC §337 Procedural Notice (337-TA-1495), Dolby Laboratories Granted Intervenor Status in Smart TV/Monitor Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has declined to review Administrative Law Judge Order No. 17, which granted Dolby Laboratories, Inc. intervenor status in Investigation No. 337-TA-1495. The investigation concerns certain video-capable electronic devices including smart televisions, monitors, and components thereof. This is a procedural determination and does not itself impose a restriction on imports.
