USITC §337 Termination (337-TA-1480), Certain Wireless Communication Devices and Components

The U.S. International Trade Commission determined not to review ALJ Order No. 32, an initial determination granting an unopposed motion to terminate certain respondents from Investigation 337-TA-1480 (Certain Wireless Communication Devices and Components Thereof) based on settlement. The investigation is now terminated as to those respondents.
