USITC Sunset Review Terminated, Walk-Behind Lawn Mowers From China and Vietnam (701-TA-648, 731-TA-1521, 731-TA-1522)
The USITC has terminated the five-year (sunset) reviews of AD/CVD orders on walk-behind lawn mowers from China (AD and CVD) and Vietnam (AD), following Commerce's revocation of the underlying orders effective August 31, 2026. Revocation was triggered by the failure of any domestic interested party to file a timely notice of intent to participate. The termination was published September 23, 2026.
