USITC Preliminary AD/CVD Determinations, Perfluoroalkoxy Alkane from India

The USITC issued preliminary affirmative or negative injury determinations in Investigation Nos. 701-TA-805 and 731-TA-1804 covering countervailing duty and antidumping petitions on perfluoroalkoxy alkane (PFA) from India. These preliminary findings determine whether the investigations proceed to the Commerce Department for duty calculations.
