USITC Issues General Exclusion Order on Absorption Refrigeration Boiler Protection Components (337-TA-1453)

The USITC found a violation of Section 337 in Investigation No. 337-TA-1453 and issued a General Exclusion Order barring all imports of boiler protection for absorption refrigeration systems and components infringing claims 1, 4, 6, and 10 of U.S. Patent No. 8,056,360. Cease and desist orders were also issued against defaulting respondents, terminating the investigation.
