USITC Opens Full Sunset Reviews on PVLT Tires from South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand & Vietnam
The USITC will conduct full five-year sunset reviews of the CVD order on passenger vehicle and light truck (PVLT) tires from Vietnam and AD orders covering South Korea, Taiwan, and Thailand to assess whether revocation would likely cause continuation or recurrence of material injury. A review schedule will be announced separately.
