USITC Issues General Exclusion Order on Ink Cartridges Under Section 337 (Inv. 337-TA-1451)

The USITC found a violation of Section 337 in Investigation No. 337-TA-1451 and issued a general exclusion order barring imports of ink cartridges and components infringing five patents. Cease and desist orders were also issued against Mountain Peak, Inc. and Straightouttaink, LP, the investigation is now terminated.
